About Latika
Why I believe wellness should feel sustainable.
Latika Arora helps women build strength, energy, calm, and long-term wellbeing through practical wellness rooted in yoga, Ayurveda, mindful movement, nourishment, and sustainable habits.

What I Kept Seeing
Too many women are trying harder, but feeling worse.
Many women are doing everything they think they are supposed to do — eating carefully, trying workouts, following wellness advice — and still feeling tired, stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their body.
Modern wellness often makes women feel like they need more discipline, more restriction, and more intensity. But for many women, the missing piece is not effort. It is a more sustainable way to support the body as a connected system.

What Changed My Perspective
Wellness is connected.
Latika’s interest in wellness began with a desire to understand how the body works as a whole. Ayurveda introduced her to a more connected view of health — one that looks beyond isolated symptoms and considers lifestyle, rhythm, food, stress, movement, and daily habits together.
When she moved from India to the United States, yoga entered her life during a major transition. What began as a practical path forward became a personal practice that changed how she experienced strength, energy, stress, and self-awareness.
Over time, these experiences shaped one clear belief: lasting wellbeing is not built through extremes. It is built through sustainable practices that support the whole person.
Training & Credentials
Grounded in study, shaped by experience.
Latika’s approach combines traditional wellness practices with modern health education.
Her understanding of wellness began through Ayurveda nearly two decades ago and later expanded through yoga, movement, breath awareness, and sustainable lifestyle practices.
Today, she brings together both formal training and lived experience to help women build practical wellness habits that can realistically fit into everyday life.
Her work focuses on practical, sustainable wellness rather than short-term transformation programmes.

What I Believe Today
Wellness is not punishment.
It is support.
You do not need to overhaul your life to feel better.
Your body is not a project to fix.
Strength matters at every stage of life.
Stress, sleep, food, movement, and hormones are connected.
Small habits can create meaningful long-term change.
Wellness should support your life, not take it over.
